Chapter Five: Big Sister
A quiet day was not the most common day within the Nordic household. However, today was one of those rare days. Denmark was out with some friends, probably at a bar and Finland and Sweden were spending the day with their 'son', Sealand. Which left you, Iceland, and Norway. You weren't sure where your half siblings were at this time, all you knew was that they were somewhere in the house. Currently, you are on the couch, enjoying the silence and reading a book. "_____!" You look up from your book to see Iceland running down the stairs. "Oh, hey Ice, what's up?" You ask, "Hide me!"
"Wha-?"
"Hide me!" He says frantically. You get up and open one of the cabinets and shove the contents to the side, "Get in." You command. "But-"
"You wanted me to hide you, so get in the damn cabinet." You instruct, grabbing your little brother's wrist and shoving him in. You kick the door shut and sit back on the couch and open your book, only to have to put it back down when Norway comes running down the stairs, "_____! Have you seen bror?" He asks, "No, why?"
"I need to find him."
"Why?"
"He refuses to call me big brother."
"..."
Is this why Iceland wanted me to hide him?
Words cannot describe how you felt. It was a mix between anger, confusion, and just plain what the shit. "Why?" You manage to ask, your face still twisted into a 'what the hell' expression. "Because it fills me with brotherly feels," he states simply.
Wait, if I'm his sister. Then...
Norway turns to you, emotionless as ever, "_____, call me big brother." You sigh hopelessly. You were hoping that he wouldn't catch on, but of course, he did. "You were too young to call me 'brother dear' the last time I saw you." He says, "Call me big brother."
"We're only half siblings."
"So? You're still my younger sister."
"...Fine, but which one?" You ask, "You've asked me to call you two things, which would you prefer?"
"Either would make me content."
If you say so, brother dear." You say, "Why does Ice have trouble calling you that? It honestly isn't something to make a big fuss out of."
"He thinks that it's childish, he's always going on about how he's too old to be calling me that." Norway explains. "I'm older than him and I have no issue saying it."
"It's because you're a girl!" You look over into the kitchen to see that Iceland had opened the cabinet door, looking rather disgruntled. Whether it was due to being shoved into a cabinet or the fact that you and Norway were talking about him would remain unknown, but you figured that it could be because of both factors. "What does me being a girl have to do with anything?" You ask, walking over to where your younger brother was. "Because, you females are able to call your siblings that!" he huffs. "That doesn't make much sense..."
"Well that's your problem." Iceland says, struggling to get out of the cabinet, "It would be great if either of you would help me out," he suggest, clearly agitated. "Call me big brother first."
"No! _____! Help me!"
"Call me big sister first." You taunt, a faint smile could be seen on your older brother's usually emotionless face. "Not you too!" Iceland whines, "Big brother."
"Stop!"
"Big sister."
"_____!"
"Big brother,"
"Will you give it a rest?"
"Big sister,"
"What is wrong with the two of you?"
"Big brother,"
"Leave me alone!"
"Do you want to stay in that cabinet for the rest of your life?"
"What do you think!?"
"If you want out, then call me big brother,"
"...Big brother..." He mumbles, "And?" You say, poking his cheek, "...Big sister..." The minute the words leave his mouth, you pull Iceland out of the cabinet by his arm. "Couldn't you have been just a tad gentler?" He hisses, rubbing his arm. "Perhaps," you say, shrugging, before walking back over to your couch to continue reading. As much as you enjoyed your other life, you enjoyed this new one perhaps a tad more. Maybe your neighbors invading your personal life was a good thing...

Her smile flooded his mind, the blush of her warm, creamy cheeks. His stoic expression didn't crack, surprisingly, yet his heartbeat was erratic as he pictured every curve of her beautiful face. There was no way that she could be human. She made him react in ways that he never thought were possible. He would stay up late some nights, just to remember the conversations they had earlier that day.
“I wish that I could name what this feeling is. I don’t understand it.” His monotone voice echoed in his room as he rubbed his hands over his face.
All this confusion, all the feelings she caused in him. He never let anyone know of

Winter Love
"Yes, finally!!!"
You whooped in triumph as you look at your completed gift happily.
It was a medium-sized jar, with cotton covering the base, a hand-carved snowflake that you painstakingly carved from a piece of aquamarine-colored gemstone that had been in your possession for a long time, a gift from your grandma to be precise. She said that as long as you used it to make someone happy, she was alright with whatever you did with it. It took you a month to carve that snowflake because you didn't want to make any mistakes, and also because you were afraid of making a mess out of it instead. You only had one gemstone after all...

You were walking in the park with your best friend Katlyn and her boyfriend Romano, it was a sunny autumn day you would occasionally hear a crunching sound due to the leaves underneath you guys. Katlyn was trying to get Romano to hold hands with her since he was a tsundere, it was actually pretty cute and funny to watch. A gust of wind flew by making your (Hair color) hair blow along with it, today you were dressing simple, just a (favorite color) sweater with a white shirt underneath and some skinny jeans with brown boots to go along with it.
"Oh, Katlyn what should I do?
